Carousel Studio is NOT made by Canva. It is a third-party app built by an independent team and distributed through the Canva Apps Marketplace.
Here is what that means for you:
- Installation: You install Carousel Studio from the Canva Apps Marketplace, just like any other Canva app. It appears on the left side of your design window once installed.
- Account and billing: Your Carousel Studio account and subscription are separate from your Canva account. You manage your Carousel Studio plan through the app itself, not through Canva's billing settings.
- Support: If you have questions or run into issues, reach out to the Carousel Studio support team directly. Canva's support team cannot help with Carousel Studio-specific questions.
- Canva Pro is not required: Carousel Studio works with free Canva accounts. You do not need a Canva Pro subscription to use it.
