How do I manage or cancel my Carousel Studio subscription?

You can cancel your Carousel Studio subscription at any time directly from the app. Here is how.

1. Open Canva and launch Carousel Studio from the Apps panel
2. At the bottom, click on "Contact support"
3. Scroll down to "Manage or Cancel Subscription" and it should take you to the Settings > Billing.
4. There you can cancel your subscription and find invoice details as well

What email should I use to cancel my subscription?

Use the same email you used to pay for the subscription. You can see this in Settings > General > Billing email. This would be the email address where you got the upgrade email in. This is NOT not your Canva account email.
