Every week I talk to women who left good jobs to build something of their own. They are brilliant at what they do. Almost none of them left to become a part-time graphic designer.
The maths of a one-person business is simple. Your hours are the ceiling. Every hour spent on busywork is an hour not spent with a client, on a new offer, or with the people you did all this for.
Our job is to raise that ceiling, one task at a time. If we do it well, more women reach $1M on their own terms, and get their weekends back doing it.
